ELF - THE MUSICAL

Terms of Entry​

 

1. ​The competition is organised by ZODIAC AMATEUR OPERATIC SOCIETY Charity number: 500502 (also known as The Zodiac Musical Theatre)

 

2. Eligibility

• Data entry must be carried out by persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry (if you are under the age of 18, please ask an adult to submit your entry for you)

 

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete The Zodiac Musical Theatre word search puzzle and submit their answers via email

• Each participant is allowed one entry.

• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 9th November, 2024.

• Late, incomplete, or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

 

4. Prize

• The prize is a Elf Goodie Bag to be collected at any performance of Elf the Musical, taking place from Wednesday 13th - Saturday 16th November 2024 at The Grange Theatre, Northwich.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

• In the event that the opening night is rescheduled, the winner will receive tickets for the rescheduled date. No refunds or cash equivalents will be provided.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received by the closing date.

• The draw will take place on Sunday 9th November, 2024.

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the initial notification, Zodiac Musical Theatre reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

 

6. Publicity

• By entering the competition, participants agree that, in the event of winning, Zodiac Musical Theatre may use their name, likeness, and/or any provided photos in publicity without additional compensation. This includes announcements on social media, the theatre’s website, and other promotional materials.

• The winner may also be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities.

 

7. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during the competition entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the administration of the prize.

• Zodiac Musical Theatre will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

8. General Conditions

• Zodiac Musical Theatre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event that it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.

• Zodiac Musical Theatre is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other issues that may prevent participants from entering the competition.

• The Zodiac Musical Theatre's decision in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Zodiac Musical Theatre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize.

• The winner is responsible for their own travel arrangements and any additional costs associated with attending the event.

 

10. Governing Law

• This competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
